Responsibilities:

  2. Lead and develop a talented kitchen team to deliver exceptional service and high-quality dishes.
  3. Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  4. Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation protocols.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of fine dining experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role at a highly regarded restaurant in New York City.
  • Strong expertise in modern cuisine and a foundation in French culinary techniques.
  • Proven success in leading, developing, and motivating a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage kitchen budgets effectively.
