Head of Kitchen Operations

We are seeking a Head of Kitchen Operations to lead our kitchen team at Restaurant Associates. This role will oversee daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, staff supervision, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong culinary skills and experience managing a high-volume kitchen.
Responsibilities:- Plan and execute menus that meet our high culinary standards.
- Supervise and train hourly kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Manage inventory and ordering to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new culinary programs.
Estimated salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience and culinary certificate. Two years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience are required, depending on formal degree or training. Catering experience and knowledge of food and catering trends are highly desirable.
