Key Responsibilities:
As the Territory Sales Executive for Alternate Healthcare Sites, you will oversee and expand all Cepheid business within the non-acute healthcare markets, engaging both existing and potential clients through the introduction of new diagnostic innovations, culminating in the implementation of GeneXpert Systems and a diverse portfolio of over 20 diagnostic tests.

Your role will involve:

  • Building and nurturing positive relationships with various healthcare facilities to identify qualified leads, enhance market share, and boost revenue.
  • Driving demand for and adoption of new assays and instruments to achieve sales objectives.
  • Collaborating effectively with distributor sales teams to promote Cepheid instruments.
  • Streamlining customer and account activity to optimize cycle time.

Essential Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant healthcare sales experience, preferably in laboratory diagnostics, or a Master's degree with at least 3 years of similar experience.

Demonstrated sales success, particularly in selling premium-priced products.
Willingness to travel 50%, including overnight stays within the sales territory.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in demand generation for innovative technologies.
  • Engaging multiple stakeholders within the alternate-site markets.

Cepheid provides a comprehensive range of competitive benefit programs that enhance our lives. This position offers the possibility of a remote work arrangement.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000, and it is also eligible for bonus or incentive compensation.
