POSITION SUMMARY

This role will play a crucial part in our operations and contribute to our sustained success in the omni-channel market landscape.

CORE FUNCTIONS

•Pricing Strategy Formulation:

o Partner with diverse teams to create and refine pricing strategies that align with organizational goals and market conditions.

•Data Collection and Analysis:

o Gather, scrutinize, and interpret extensive sets of pricing and market data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancement.

o Develop proofs of concept and evaluate performance for integration into our pricing and revenue management systems.

•Pricing Model Creation:

o Construct and develop pricing models that take into account various elements such as competitive landscape, cost structures, and consumer behavior to aid pricing decisions.

•Insights and Reporting:

o Produce clear and actionable insights based on data analysis and present findings to key stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.

•Pricing Governance:

o Establish pricing governance frameworks and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and transparency throughout the organization.

•Cross-functional Collaboration:

o Work alongside sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of pricing strategies with overall business objectives.

•Process Enhancement:

o Identify opportunities to streamline pricing processes, improve data integrity, and elevate overall pricing capabilities within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

•Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications such as CFA or CPA are preferred.

•A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing omni-channel pricing strategies is required.

•Demonstrated experience in building or utilizing pricing optimization tools, preferably in a dynamic business environment with both manufacturing and multi-channel strategies.

•Experience in developing pricing models and frameworks is highly desirable.

•Proficient data science/business intelligence analyst with experience managing large and complex datasets in challenging settings.

Skills and Abilities

•Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or other relevant software.

•Solid understanding of ML Ops and Data Science principles.

•Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

•Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

•Strong communication and presentation abilities to convey complex data-driven insights clearly and persuasively.

•Capacity to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
