Outside Sales Executive

About the Position:
The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in technology/software sales. A background in HCM or other HR technology solutions would be highly beneficial. This is a field-based position, requiring the ability to navigate your designated territory to meet customers and present solutions. If you have a solid track record of sales/quota attainment and a bachelor's degree, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Drive new business growth and expansion within the Mid-Market segmentBuild strong relationships with Mid-Market clients and deliver tailored solutions to meet their objectivesMeet sales targets and quotas, with potential total on-target earnings of $140,000-$160,000 in year 1Must be located near the Greater Cleveland areaOur Benefits Package:
