The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction in the wireless industry. As an Account Executive with DISH, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team that is redefining consumer expectations through innovative platforms, business models, and ways of thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coaching and Training: Provide coaching and training to front-line sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge of Boost Mobile products and services.
  • Store Visits and Compliance: Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Performance Management: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive performance across the assigned territory.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with external partners, internal teams, and vendor partners to drive business results.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and provide timely resolutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong understanding of the wireless industry. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post-high school
  • Four years sales and/or account management experience
  • Three years training, relationship development, planning or business management
  • One year selling wireless products or services
