Strategic Role in Government Compliance and Security

We are seeking a highly motivated Government Sales Executive for Compliance and Security Solutions to join our team at OneSource Technology, Inc. This role requires a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of compliance and security solutions within the government sector.

About the Position

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating revenue and acquiring new clients, while serving as a trusted partner focused on selling compliance and security-related solutions within the federal or state government market.

Main Responsibilities
  • Revenue Generation and Client Acquisition: Identify, develop, manage, and grow opportunities by proactively connecting with new, large employer prospects within federal and state government benefit agencies, public hospitals, and clinics.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a consultative sales strategy to achieve or exceed revenue targets, including identifying high-potential accounts, crafting tailored proposals, and negotiating contracts.
  • Long-Term Business Relationships: Establish long-term business relationships with key decision makers of new and existing customers.
  • Comprehensive Account Strategies: Develop comprehensive account strategies to win new business from new and existing accounts.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the compliance and security sectors. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
