Healthcare Territory Sales Representative

Join International Staff Consulting, a leading staffing agency in the Healthcare sector, as we expand our operations across the United States. We are currently seeking highly motivated and results-driven Account Executives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing strong relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare professionals.
About the JobThis is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. As an Account Executive, you will be the face of our company, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, building a strong book of accounts, and cultivating new contacts within each account.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- BUILD strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including case managers, discharge planners, doctors, and patients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as hospital expansions or new skilled nursing facilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of outside sales experience in a related field.
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
