About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospice Account Manager to join our team at MJHS. As a Hospice Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing new referral relationship opportunities for perspective hospice patients and acting as a resource to these accounts and existing accounts in an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new referral relationship opportunities for perspective hospice patients
  • Act as a resource to these accounts and existing accounts in an assigned territory
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five years' experience in business development and/or marketing in a health organization or business
  • Experience in Hospice or Palliative Care preferred and experience in Account Management
  • Knowledge of COPs for Hospice and Palliative Care and reimbursement for Hospice desirable
