Sales Territory Manager Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Territory Manager to join our team at The Habegger Corporation - Illinois/Iowa Regional Office. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our growth by strengthening current dealers and recruiting new ones.

You will work closely with our dealers to resolve customer challenges, ensure they understand our brands, and provide quotes for residential and light commercial work. You will also host factory tours or events, give high-quality sales presentations, and demonstrate our online tools.

A successful Territory Manager must have a solid understanding of financial statements, sales management aptitude, and knowledge about finance, marketing, and pricing. We offer a competitive base salary of $75,000 per year, with opportunities to earn up to $150,000 plus commission. You will work from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with some weeknights and weekends.
