Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $92,500 per year, consisting of a base pay of $75,000 and a performance-based bonus structure. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, Aflac, a 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match, paid vacation, sick days, profit sharing, a flexible spending account, and life insurance.


Job Description

As an HVAC Sales Rep / Territory Manager, your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with current dealers while identifying new opportunities for growth. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that meet targets and exceed customer expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on product selection and installation
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Hosting factory tours or events

You will also be responsible for delivering high-quality sales presentations and demonstrating our online tools.


Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven sales management experience in the HVAC industry
  • Strong knowledge of finance, marketing, and pricing principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to maintain a high level of productivity and organization
  • Residence in the territory is mandatory

HVAC experience is highly desirable, and a bachelor's degree is preferred.
