We are currently in search of an experienced Lead Technical Program Strategist to become a vital part of our Strategic Programs Technical Project Management office. In this prominent role, you will be instrumental in steering the success of various enterprise and product initiatives by orchestrating and managing cross-functional collaborations. We are looking for a professional who can effectively liaise between diverse teams and business stakeholders to synchronize systems, tools, activities, skills, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the strategic formulation and implementation of technical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives by managing cross-functional teams and a wide array of stakeholders.
  • Develop and uphold comprehensive program plans, timelines, and progress reports. Proactively identify and address risks to delivery while managing project dependencies.
  • Gather requirements and ensure that plans are well-articulated, thoroughly documented, and endorsed by all pertinent stakeholders.
  • Guide and mentor teams in Agile/Scrum methodologies, implementing program and Agile best practices to guarantee high-quality and timely outcomes.
  • Consistently provide program updates to various stakeholders regarding strategy, modifications, and progress.
  • Timely raise risks, obstacles, and competing priorities to relevant parties in an organized manner.
  • Encourage transparent communication channels among team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties, ensuring smooth information flow across teams and departments.
  • Assist in establishing, nurturing, and promoting best-practice standards and processes across the Technical Project Management Office.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in Technical Program Management within a SaaS/B2B context, with a proven track record of successful program implementations.
  • Proficiency in utilizing productivity tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack) for team management and reporting.
  • At least 5 years of practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in SaaS application development.
  • Ability to identify core issues, influence without formal authority, and facilitate collaborative team building.
  • Experience in regularly reporting program status to executive leadership and initiating change management discussions.
  • Skilled in coordinating the efforts of designers, product teams, engineering, and operations simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and technology.
  • PMP and/or PgMP certifications are preferred.
