Position Highlights:

  • Compensation: $22 per hour.
  • Work Schedule: This is a full-time role, requiring 40 hours per week. The Call Center operates from 6am to 6pm PST, Monday through Saturday, with occasional Sunday shifts. Flexibility in working hours is essential.
  • Work Environment: This position is fully onsite.

Candidate Profile: As a Technical Call Center Agent, you should possess a proactive and detail-oriented mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments. You should be skilled in overcoming challenges with creativity and resourcefulness. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members, ensuring smooth collaboration and issue resolution.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Reliability and punctuality are crucial.
  • Experience in call center settings, technical troubleshooting, or technical support is preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt communication styles to different situations and audiences.
  • A proactive approach, anticipating needs and addressing challenges before they arise.
  • Technical proficiency, including systematic troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and contributing to organizational goals.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Key Responsibilities: You will provide professional and timely technical and administrative support to clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering warm and professional assistance to customers, both technical and non-technical, through inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, and other communication methods. Meeting predetermined response times and performance metrics.
  • Documenting all interactions accurately using issue tracking systems.
  • Identifying and communicating the need for updates to existing documentation in relevant databases.
  • Balancing responsibilities between handling customer interactions and other non-customer facing tasks.
  • Maintaining clear and proactive communication with both customers and management.
  • Ensuring all activities align with company policies and practices.
  • Adapting to additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.
