Candidate Profile: As a Technical Call Center Agent, you are proactive and detail-oriented, thriving in fast-paced environments. Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
  • Experience in call center settings, with a focus on technical troubleshooting or support preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability in communication and work style to suit various situations and audiences.
  • A proactive approach, anticipating needs and addressing challenges before they arise.
  • Technical proficiency, including systematic troubleshooting skills.

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Key Responsibilities: You will provide professional and timely technical and administrative support to customers through various communication channels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering warm and professional assistance to customers, both technical and non-technical, through inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, and other channels while adhering to performance metrics.
  • Documenting all interactions accurately using issue tracking systems.
  • Identifying and communicating the need for updates to existing documentation in relevant databases.
  • Balancing responsibilities between handling customer interactions and other non-customer facing tasks.
  • Maintaining clear and proactive communication with customers and management.
  • Ensuring all activities align with company policies and expectations.
  • Adapting to and fulfilling additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.
