Job Overview:
The Boeing Company is in search of a Senior Financial Executive for the Commercial Training Solutions division.

As a pivotal finance leader, you will collaborate with various programs and engage across multiple departments to fulfill the business objectives. You will oversee a team of financial analysts tasked with all aspects of financial planning and integration within the division. Key responsibilities include developing long-term business strategies, updating monthly financial forecasts, managing capital and resource allocation, supporting enterprise initiatives, and fostering collaboration across all business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team members engaged in Estimates at Completion, budget formulation, financial forecasting, business case development, and risk assessment, along with financial and competitive analysis.
  • Formulate and implement project and process strategies, establish policies and procedures, and set operational objectives.
  • Secure resources for projects and spearhead process enhancements.
  • Build and sustain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
  • Provide oversight and endorsement of technical methodologies, products, and processes.
  • Guide, develop, and inspire team members.
Work Environment:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in a business-related capacity (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management).
  • 5+ years of experience in cultivating and maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • 3+ years of experience in leadership roles, both formal and informal.
  • Experience in developing forecasts for long-term business strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Experience leading teams across multiple geographical locations.
  • Experience managing direct reports.
  • Experience with capital allocation, emphasizing accountability and prioritizing business investments.
