Business Development Role

The Opportunity

This role offers the flexibility of working from home, with minimal oversight. We believe in empowering our team, trusting them to drive their own success. Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate New Business: Identify and secure new opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship building.
2. Client Relationships: Develop deep, lasting partnerships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
3. Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to grow the business and meet revenue targets.
4. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and candidates to secure the best possible deals.
