ISN is in search of a Facilities Operations Manager who will oversee the maintenance and preservation of our real estate assets, aiming to optimize operational costs while ensuring high-quality facility services.
The responsibilities of the Facilities Operations Manager will encompass:
- Managing all on-site operations, including maintenance, alterations, cleaning, recycling, safety, environmental, and security measures.
- Addressing customer service requests, complaints, and issues, coordinating appropriate resolutions, including custodial or maintenance service calls, security, emergency responses, and contractor scheduling.
- Assessing and coordinating necessary repairs or enhancement projects.
- Monitoring building systems and equipment to ensure they meet customer needs effectively.
- Conducting lifecycle condition analyses and similar assessments to integrate findings into project scopes of work. This includes preparing specifications, estimates, and overseeing repairs by contractors for all operational equipment and utilities, including electrical, water supply, and sewage systems, as well as addressing damages from incidents such as fire or storms.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college in a relevant field, or five (5) years of experience in property management.
- Ability to pass a background check or possess a prior security clearance.
