Key Responsibilities
  • Support community association managers in handling daily issues and concerns
  • Effectively address homeowner concerns and provide timely responses
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Assist with bid procurement and vendor management

Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
  • 2-3 years of experience in the Community Association Industry preferred
  • Positive attitude, customer service orientation, and strong work ethic

Work Environment

This position works in a typical office environment with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities. The ability to work at a personal computer and be on the phone for extended periods is required. Occasional travel to various sites may be necessary.
