We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at Aloft Arundel Mills BWI Airport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Lead the front desk team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Manage the front desk budget, ordering supplies as needed and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Generate occupancy reports for the general manager, providing valuable insights into hotel performance.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise front desk staff, including concierge and front desk agents, to deliver exceptional guest services and enforce hotel policies.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of prior experience in a front desk or related office management position in the hospitality industry.
  • Marriott experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification required (GED).
  • Excellent management, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Bookkeeping skills and experience with MS Office a plus.
