Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase hotel profitability by analyzing department performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads and the General Manager to create an annual budget and perform regular audits to ensure profitability.
  • Support the Human Resources department in improving employee retention, motivation, and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as corporate and brand policies.
  • Assist the General Manager in daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest service standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven customer service experience as a manager, with a strong guest-focused mentality.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in a manager role overseeing a team, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • A high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with Marriott experience preferred.
