Job Responsibilities

As a Drive Thru Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to drive-thru guests
  • Operating the point-of-sale system at the drive-thru
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages to customers
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Assisting with opening and closing procedures
  • Staying up-to-date with new products and menu items

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be:

  • Available to work Saturdays
  • Comfortable working outside, if needed
  • Comfortable using a cash register and iPad
  • Comfortable training and working in various parts of the front of house
  • Able to multitask and work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
