This is a unique opportunity to lead a global team of customer and market insights professionals, driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights. As the Head of Global Customer and Market Insights, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive insights strategy, leveraging market research, customer feedback, and data analytics to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a global team of customer and market insights professionals, providing guidance and direction on insights strategy and execution.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, customer needs, and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Design and implement research studies, surveys, and other data collection methods to gather insights on customer behavior, preferences, and pain points.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets, identifying trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure insights are integrated into business strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure insights are communicated effectively and actionable.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in market research, customer insights, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through insights-driven decision-making.
- Advanced analytical and strategic skills, with expertise in data analysis, market research, and customer insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- BA/BS required; MBA a plus.
