Sales Insights Leader

Job Summary:
The Sales Insights Leader will be pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making processes and providing insightful sales analytics to enhance our business strategies and performance for our Enterprise Informatics Global Commercial Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of data analysis strategies to support sales growth and business objectives
- Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring high performance and continuous professional development in addition to working closely with sales, marketing, finance, SSD and IT teams to align data initiatives with business goals
- Produce comprehensive sales and business insights and reports to inform executive decision-making. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in data analysis, sales insights, and information management
- Expertise in data analytics tools, including Power BI, SQL, with additional skills in Python and R being advantageous
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
What We Offer:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
This is an office-based role.
