Job Title: Focus Center Manager

Vertex Aerospace LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Focus Center Manager to join our team. As a Focus Center Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Focus Center, ensuring that projects and activities are progressing as planned, and executing enterprise policies established by Task Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage maintenance and operations schedules for all Focus Center-aligned sites, including scheduling and dispatching rover resources for maintenance at unstaffed sites.
  • Supervise Site Managers and Site Leads at all aligned staffed sites.
  • Enforce data quality policies, processes, and procedures in completing all Work Orders.
  • Work with other Focus Center Managers, under the direction of the Field Operations Director, to support surge needs across the Focus Centers.
  • Manage equipment and technology to ensure efficient and effective use.
  • Collaborate with other Focus Center Managers and leads on projects, sharing knowledge and resources, and working together towards common objectives.
  • Foster an environment of innovation within the Focus Center.
  • Conduct and oversee research projects, staying updated on the latest developments in the field, and implementing new technologies or methodologies to improve operations.
  • Ensure that all activities and operations within the Focus Center comply with relevant laws, regulations, and military standards, including maintaining operational security, data protection, and ethical standards.
  • Report on the progress, challenges, and achievements of the Focus Center to higher command levels.
  • Prepare detailed reports, present findings, and make recommendations for future actions.
  • Address challenges and obstacles that arise during the operations of the Focus Center. Continually assess the effectiveness of the Focus Center's operations and seek ways to improve.
  • Execute TDPs in support of PdL Integrator IPTs.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in a related field, or 10+ years with a Master's degree, or 20+ years with an Associate's degree or no degree.
  • Secret clearance.
