BlueHalo is seeking an Operations Center Supervisor to manage the uninterrupted 24/7/365 functionality of the 32nd AAMDC Operations Center. This position entails leading a dedicated team of full-time personnel, ensuring ongoing operational efficiency, and maintaining elevated situational awareness for executive leadership. The successful candidate will have significant experience in Air and Missile Defense, outstanding leadership capabilities, and a strong focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities: The Operations Center Supervisor will guide, mentor, and oversee a team of 11 full-time employees, ensuring optimal staffing, strategic planning, and continuous operation of the round-the-clock Operations Center. This role includes acting as the primary liaison for the 32nd AAMDC, facilitating all assigned initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring they align with customer expectations and are delivered punctually. The Supervisor will cultivate and sustain robust customer relationships, proactively address customer needs, and provide exceptional service. Furthermore, the Supervisor will manage all facets of project oversight, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and problem resolution, while providing regular updates to senior management.

This position requires full onsite presence.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 15 years of experience in Air and Missile Defense.
  • Military Education Level 4.
  • Extensive expertise in project management.
  • Strong background in resource allocation, risk management, and problem-solving, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing organization and time management.
  • An active Secret level clearance is mandatory.
