Job Title: Mathnasium Center Manager Trainee

Are you passionate about math education and leadership? Do you have a strong desire to develop your skills and take on new challenges? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Mathnasium Center Manager Trainee.

Job Summary:

The Mathnasium Center Manager Trainee will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of a Mathnasium Learning Center, including sales and marketing, customer service, team building, and strategic planning. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with a dynamic company.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to increase enrollment and revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff, ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with the center manager to build and maintain a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business management, consultative sales, education, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Advanced communication skills, including compassion, building connections, active listening, and problem-solving.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, empathy, and diplomacy.
  • Flexibility with schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
