  • Manage inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and storage of food and supplies to minimize waste.

  • Forecast food item consumption to optimize inventory levels and reduce shortages.
  • Ensure all customers receive outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Supervise delivery operations to enhance service speed and efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Facilitate weekly management meetings to discuss performance and operational strategies.
