Business Development Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential referral partners, increasing sales, and maintaining records of all marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with potential referral partners, including Property Managers, Insurance Agents, Realtors, and Plumbers.
- Increase sales through effective consultative and objective marketing.
- Maintain records of all marketing activities through company software.
- Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence.
- Generate revenue through effective consultative and objective marketing.
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people.
- Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business.
- Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in a group setting.
- Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines.
- Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting.
