About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at United Nations FCU. As a key member of our contact center, you will provide exceptional service to our members and colleagues, ensuring a positive experience through every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional service to members and colleagues through various communication channels.
  • Utilize the service excellence model to build trust and deepen member connections by identifying needs and presenting product and service features.
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Meet or exceed Contact Center Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals, including adherence to schedule, average handle time, and quality scores.
  • Attend meetings, trainings, and organizational events as directed by management.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a call center environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Service excellence driven, with a professional attitude and empathy.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
