New Business Growth Specialist Opportunity

CMS Controls is a leading provider of automated facility solutions seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative to drive new business growth and expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and their control systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing relationships.
  • Provide solutions to customers' needs, propose and sell automation service agreements, and participate in automation projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit reports as required.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, marketing strategy, and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Compensation: $120,000-140,000 per year
