Key Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate customer service and sales teams to identify areas for improvement
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth
  3. Establish and report performance standards for teams and individuals
  4. Assist in planning, executing, and scheduling meetings
  5. Train alongside leadership team members to acquire techniques and systems for efficient company operations
  6. Participate in sales, customer service, and leadership tasks
  7. Represent our brand as an expert ambassador
  8. Connect with customers, providing expert knowledge of products, sales promotions, and services
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Leadership, Accounting, Communications, or related fields
  2. 1-2 years of experience in Leadership, Management, Sales, or Customer Service
  3. Influential leadership characteristics
  4. Invest in developing team members and their performance
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills, precision, and attention to details
  6. Professional demeanor and drive to gain new skills
  7. Upbeat and positive outlook
  8. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and team members
Salary:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
