Job Overview
Snap Mobile is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding business opportunities across schools and organizations in the region. You will execute a strategic sales plan to generate new business and develop existing relationships with key stakeholders.

About the Position
This full-time position requires a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for establishing credibility as an industry expert, understanding customer objectives, and articulating relevant technology trends. Your success will be measured by your ability to grow business, achieve sales targets, and build long-lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expansion
* Establish credibility as an industry expert through effective communication and relationship-building skills
* Understand customer objectives and articulate relevant technology trends
* Represent Snap Mobile at events to influence sales opportunities
* Build and cultivate customer relationships at schools, districts, and club sports
* Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
* Maintain accurate customer records within company systems, including HubSpot

Requirements
* 2+ years of sales experience
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment
* Clean driving record

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive base salary: $40K + commission, uncapped with average OTE of $70K - $175K in year one
* Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K with 4% match from the company
* Unlimited PTO and 13 paid holidays
