This role will involve learning our process for servicing existing clients, developing relationships to add new clients, and leading a small team to achieve these goals. As you master our systems and process, you will become an expert in training and developing your team members, ultimately moving into the Agency Director role.
This is a paid weekly position with a salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.
Key Responsibilities:- Service and grow our existing client base.
- Research and pursue new business opportunities.
- Supervise and lead team activity and results.
- Train and develop new team members on our systems and process.
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using our CRM system.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Sales or customer service experience.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Desire to be active in the community.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Driver's license and ability to work in the U.S. required.
- Clean background and own transportation necessary.
- 45-day evaluation period before advancement.
