Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional guest service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience and building customer loyalty.
  • Barista Duties: Perform opening and closing procedures, operate cash registers, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive and respectful work environment, and support team members as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high-quality beverages and food products are consistently delivered to customers, adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
  • Health and Safety: Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements:
  • Personality: Possess a kind and professional personality, with a willingness to learn and improve skills.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members, providing clear and concise feedback and input.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to regularly use hands and fingers, lift/move up to 20 pounds, and stand for long periods.
Compensation:

$11.25/hour plus tips, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
