About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our Cabinetry and Millwork sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to maximize market share and achieve revenue targets.
  • Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and cultivate new business relationships with contractors, homebuilders, architects, and homeowners.
  • Collaborate with Internal Departments: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor Sales Performance: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
  • Set Sales Targets and Track Progress: Establish sales goals, track progress, and provide regular reports to management on sales metrics and forecasts.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5+ Years of Sales Management Experience: Proven track record of success in sales management and customer service in the cabinetry and millwork industry.
  • Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the cabinetry, millwork, and countertop market, including industry trends, products, and customer needs.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, including market segmentation, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition plans.
  • Sales Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
  • Negotiation and Closing Skills: Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance and drive business growth.
