About the Role

Legal & General America is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Growth Manager, Direct-to-Consumer Sales to join our team. As a key contributor to our strategic growth agenda, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Direct-to-Consumer sales channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and profitability in the Direct-to-Consumer channel.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals and provide coaching and guidance to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Distribution, and Product, to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure operational stability and profitability.
  • Provide key input to senior leadership on product development, pricing, and underwriting strategies.
  • Manage and analyze performance metrics to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of industry experience in contact center sales, preferably in insurance, financial services, or performance marketing sectors.
  • Proven track record of successful sales growth and team management.
  • Expertise in designing coaching programs to increase team performance and maximizing conversions and revenues.
  • Solid understanding of life insurance ecosystem and sales strategies.
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplined team to optimize sales funnel and maximize revenues.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business needs, data, and technical solutions.
