- Oversee all aspects of the organization, from financial management and operations to stakeholder relations and program development.
- Set and implement organizational strategy and direction, identifying market opportunities and differentiating from competitors.
- Partner with high-level officers to ensure company growth and sustainability.
- Evaluate and respond to industry trends, advocating for policies and initiatives that support social workers.
- Oversee the financial health of the organization, ensuring sound financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Manage operational processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with social workers, professional associations, donors, regulators, and community partners.
- Ensure program quality and organizational stability through the development and implementation of standards, controls, systems, and procedures.
- Keep the Board fully informed on the company's condition and all-important influencing factors.
- Help the Board articulate its role and accountabilities and focus on long-range strategic issues.
- MBA and bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management and insurance, or related fields.
- Minimum of 15 years in various executive management/leadership roles across different businesses and industries.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and results-driven leadership.
- Robust financial management, problem-solving, and analysis skills.
- Effective collaboration and consensus-building abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and effective use of technology.
