Job Overview:
Housby Mack, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Des Moines, IA. This role involves leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:
This position requires a self-driven individual with excellent phone presence, able to make at least 50 calls per day to existing and prospective customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of inside sales experience and be proficient in Excel Spreadsheets and Salesforce. Additionally, they must possess strong time management skills, a valid driver's license, and dependable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate personnel for further development and closure.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Track key account metrics in Salesforce.
