About the OpportunityThis paid internship offers a unique chance to work alongside experienced sales professionals and gain hands-on experience in face-to-face selling.
You will spend your summer working in a fast-paced environment that is both competitive and fun. Take part in two weeks of professional sales training to enhance your presentation skills and product knowledge.
- Gain real-world experience as an Outside Sales Associate.
- Meet weekly with a sales mentor who will guide and support you on sales calls.
- Learn our industry with weekly coaching from leadership.
- Receive a phone and car allowance.
- Earn competitive pay over the summer and the potential to join Uline full-time upon graduation.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
- Cultivate relationships with customers across various industries within your territory.
- Coordinate one-on-one customer visits to provide business solutions from our extensive catalog of 40,000+ quality products.
Support Sales Growth
- Attend weekly sales staff meetings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and company goals.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be a Sophomore or Junior-status student.
- Possess professional communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate hardworking and enthusiastic qualities with a "team player" attitude.
