Job Overview

As a Key Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, identifying sales opportunities, and driving the sales process from start to finish.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, plus commission. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
As a Key Account Development Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction
• Identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales goals
• Managing the entire sales process, from initial contact through to deal closure and after-sales support
• Attending trade shows and industry events to represent the company and expand its market presence
• Providing excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and expectations

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• Proven success in sales and account management, ideally within a B2B setting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers, ensuring long-term partnerships
• Strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Experience attending or presenting at trade shows is a plus
