Business Development and Community Engagement Representative

Job Description:
This part-time Sales Representative position requires 18 hours of work per week, covering Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday shifts. Key responsibilities include engaging with members daily, building strong relationships, and fostering a positive community atmosphere. You will also make high-volume outbound calls to prospects and members, track KPIs and sales targets, and collaborate with our team to drive business growth.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have prior experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. A strong understanding of key sales metrics and passion for tracking progress are essential. You should be highly outgoing, comfortable making phone calls, and enthusiastic about leading a healthy lifestyle. Personal training experience is a plus, but not required. Self-motivation and a willingness to learn and develop within the role are also crucial.
