Overview of the Role

The Product Line Manager is a pivotal managerial role dedicated to a specific brand, encompassing various product categories. This position is instrumental in driving business performance by energizing the sales team and ensuring the achievement of overall sales objectives across all product lines. The Product Line Manager serves as the brand's representative, possessing in-depth knowledge of all vendor offerings, providing training and education to other associates, and relaying product insights to the merchandising team.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated capability to lead, develop, and motivate teams while advancing company initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Enhance sales volume, foster and maintain customer relationships, effectively motivate a team of sales professionals, and nurture sales talent.
  • Exhibit a strong presence on the sales floor, serving as a role model for associates by upholding exceptional customer service standards and promoting effective selling practices.
  • Oversee special orders, reserves, and product transfers to fulfill customer requests efficiently.
  • Establish collaborative relationships with store consultants and associates to promote the brand and enhance cross-selling opportunities.
