Job Title: Front Desk Manager

Carnegie Mellon University is a global research institution that values innovation and excellence. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Front Desk Manager to support key aspects of our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our reception area, creating a welcoming experience for visitors.
  • Interface with international students and scholars, providing basic immigration information and initial instructions to study abroad students.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff in the Office of International Education (OIE).
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of administrative support experience, with experience working in a Higher Education setting.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
