Lead a High-Performing Team of Enterprise Account Executives

As a Manager of Enterprise Midmarket Sales at Spectrum Enterprise, you will guide a team of high-performing professionals to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional client experiences. Your leadership will focus on team development, sales strategy, and client education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and coach the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Attend sales calls and facilitate team meetings to discuss progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Assign high-priority clients and business development opportunities to qualified team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
  • Provide weekly reports on sales activity, funnel, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate efforts with internal teams to ensure a successful sales cycle.
Required Qualifications
  • Three or more years of proven sales leadership experience as a top performer.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong team building, management, and English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a team in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities.
