Job Title: Aftermarket Sales Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aftermarket Sales Manager to join our team at Crown Equipment Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the aftermarket sales segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the aftermarket sales segment.
- Pursue new business opportunities and develop key existing accounts in an assigned territory.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, product offerings, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven sales experience in the aftermarket sales segment, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
