Job Title: Account Manager

Jobot is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing distributor and customer relationships in assigned regions. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and profit margins with assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage distributor and customer relationships in assigned regions.
  • Increase sales and profit margins with assigned accounts.
  • Responsible to implement Corporate Sales Strategy and keeping CRM update for assigned accounts.
  • Review lost opportunities to provide feedback to manage for pricing, product, service/support, and sales strategy.
  • Submit a monthly report to consist of target account updates, quotation feedback, and distributor updates and training.
  • Ensure CRM data is accurate and current for team.
  • Responsible for setting sales goals, including new business targets and objectives for the assigned account.
  • Develop and implementation of respective sales plans.
Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
  • Controls experience.
  • Willingness to learn hydraulics and mobile hydraulics.
  • 3-years minimum of sales experience selling an engineered product.
