Business Development Representative

The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by fostering strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include forecasting market potential, generating leads, qualifying sales opportunities, and closing deals. Additionally, this position involves recommending new products and services to clients, ensuring they stay informed about available products and upcoming releases.
**Essential Functions:**
- Inform clients about products currently available through GTS Distribution.
- Pre-sell products as information becomes available and keep clients informed about upcoming products.
- Move pre-sold items to active orders once products become available.
- Upsell and cross-sell related products, such as supplies, games, and accessories.
- Proactively sell to clients, anticipating their needs and building relationships.
- Regularly call clients about new and restocked products as they arrive, striving to fill all product requests.
- Monitor accounts receivable, keeping clients informed about past due invoices and acquiring payment when necessary.
- Add new clients through various channels, including the internet, referrals, trade shows, and other means.
- Contact assigned new accounts from the GTS website to assess their needs.
- Introduce new clients to the GTS website and ensure they are connected to GTS social media efforts and email blasts.
- Understand client needs and preferences, utilizing the preferred method of communication and reinforcing the importance of the GTS website as a tool.
- Provide timely and accurate reports as required.
- Attend and participate in business and trade events that impact the unit.
- Attend and participate in strategic sales meetings, calls, webinars, and training.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the gaming industry products.
- Assist with other tasks as needed in the distribution center.
- Help unassigned clients.
- Assist with order fulfillment.
- Assist with stock delivery and maintenance of inventory.
- Other duties as assigned.
