Position: Clinical Program Assistant
Program: Children's Intensive Services
Location: Everett
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $19.02-$30.37/hr DOE

About the Role:
Compass Health is seeking a dedicated Clinical Program Assistant to support the Children's Intensive Services (WISe) program in Everett. This program is designed to assist children and their families within their community, ensuring care is provided in the least restrictive environment through the Wraparound process (WISe).

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of administrative and clerical tasks to aid our clinical teams with minimal oversight.
- Manage communication between team members and clients, including triaging calls.
- Assist clients, families, and external agencies in obtaining necessary information.
- De-escalate situations while maintaining client confidentiality.
- Provide general clerical support to clinical and medical personnel as required.
- Uphold respect for diversity and demonstrate a commitment to developing multicultural competency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service when interacting with clients.
- Monitor client records, clinical documentation, and necessary reports.
- Ensure the safekeeping of client protected health information in accordance with agency policies.
- Conduct data entry and schedule appointments as needed.
- Offer administrative support, including word processing, filing, faxing, and copying.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an AA or BA Degree is preferred.
- Experience in the medical, mental health, or social services sector is preferred.
- Strong clerical and administrative skills are essential.
- Excellent client and customer service abilities are necessary.
