Based in Snohomish, WA, CNC is dedicated to supporting all facets of manufacturing across the Pacific Northwest, providing top-tier CNC manufacturing equipment from renowned manufacturers such as Mazak, Fanuc, Renishaw, and Mitutoyo.
OUR REQUIREMENT:
CNC is in search of a reliable Administrative Coordinator who can efficiently manage tasks to ensure the seamless operation of our office.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Your first impression counts. You will be the initial point of contact, welcoming visitors at reception, managing incoming calls, taking messages, and directing calls as necessary.
· You will be a crucial part of our operations. In the parts department, you will handle purchasing tasks, create sales and purchase orders, monitor orders, receive shipments, and process returns. This responsibility is vital for this role. You will lead inventory management and oversee the shipping and receiving of all parts ordered from suppliers or dispatched from inventory.
· Support is your specialty. You will assist the Service team by managing service requests, purchase orders, technician scheduling software, and reporting.
· Your organizational skills shine. You will coordinate travel and accommodations for staff, maintain office and sales documentation, including job files, vendor files, and other operational records, and order supplies necessary for daily operations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
· Experience is key. You possess a minimum of 2 years in office administration or related fields. You adapt quickly to changes in a dynamic environment, effectively manage tasks from multiple sources, and prioritize as needed.
· Communication is your forte. You excel in managing internal and external relationships, building rapport, and keeping everyone informed in a professional manner. You have a strong technical orientation and can convey precise details effectively.
· Attention to detail is paramount. You meticulously analyze details to ensure high accuracy in your work. You have a strong sense of urgency and complete tasks in accordance with company standards and policies, driven by a commitment to quality and efficiency.
· Proficiency in software is essential. You are an advanced user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, and Outlook. Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
· Adaptability is your strength. You thrive in changing environments and can focus on multiple deadlines as demands shift.
· Strong management skills. Your time and project management abilities are robust, allowing you to focus on minute details while ensuring overall processes run smoothly to meet tight deadlines.
