PGIM Fixed Income specializes in providing active investment solutions across diverse fixed income markets. Your Responsibilities:
If selected, you will collaborate with a senior member of the research team, focusing on specific industries. Your role will involve conducting fundamental investment analysis, identifying value within issuer capital structures, and presenting investment recommendations to portfolio managers. You will contribute to essential credit analysis, a vital aspect of the portfolio construction process. Regular interactions with company management, industry consultants, and Wall Street professionals will be part of your role. Analysts will gain exposure to comprehensive investment capabilities across the fixed income landscape, including interest rates, currencies, domestic and foreign government bonds, and global corporate bonds. As you gain experience and confidence, your responsibilities will expand.

Required Qualifications:

  • Enrollment in an accredited bachelor's program or a 5th year master's program, graduating between December 2024 and May 2025.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Must possess the necessary US employment authorization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Majors in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred, but all majors are welcome.
  • Experience with Bloomberg and other technical data analysis/modeling tools.

Compensation:
The starting salary for this position is $85,000, with eligibility for additional compensation and benefits. Participation in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to specific rules.
